'Great location. Loved the deck overlooking the water, the dock, the kayaks and the pool right next to the house. We mostly stayed around the house and the bay. Local free beach was close by with no one there on cooler windy days. Host, Maria, was very responsive to questions we had.'

'I was travelling with my 3 sisters from Canada heading towards Martha's Vineyard for a sister's reunion. We all appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail. The space was well appointed. The fridge ice maker did not work well so having some ice cube trays would have been helpful. I highly recommend The Islander.'

'The villa is well maintained and very clean. My stay was perfectly uneventful as I hoped it would be. Comfy accommodations, and conveniently located near to Mashpee Commons. The beach is a two minute walk, the property is lovely. '
