'We enjoyed our stay. My brother in law had to have surgery so we drove up from Florida and rented this home for a week to be close for his recovery. Fantastic home with everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood was very quiet. Great backyard with a place to sit and enjoy the beautiful summer weather.'

'This farmhouse was the perfect location for us while visiting family that lives only a mile down the road. It is an old farmhouse, so of course there are quirks and imperfections. The most noticeable problem was the window blinds. They are tattered and missing in many places. The holes in the bedroom blinds meant lack of privacy and lights shining in the windows at night. 'My friends and I booked this house to attend a wedding at a nearby resort, and we were amazed! The property was gorgeous, we had more than enough space, and it was an easy walk to the nearby golf course. It was even better than in the pictures! The hosts were also very kind, and were easy to contact and quick to respond when we needed them. This was easily our favorite place so far, and we would definitely come again if we travel back to the area! '

'This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. '

'We chose this adorable cabin to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been happier. Such a cute homey place. There are many wineries/breweries to visit and Niagara Falls isn’t far. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend staying here!'

'The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. '

'We had a fabulous stay with the kids, grandparents and dogs. The house is so loved with lots of thoughtful touches. Soap by every sink seems such a simple thing but so many rentals you arrive at and then have to visit the shop for things that aren't there. This place has everything! 'I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!'
