'Spur of the moment booking lead us to this wonderful beach house to get away from the craziness of the world…. It could not have been better! Sitting in the chairs facing the ocean with my feet in the sand… perfect…and it was warm and sunny the days we were there. Very dog friendly house and beach! We will definitely be back.'

'The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend! '

'Excellent place to stay. Girlfriend and I wanted a place to get away from the city for a weekend and this was it. It has everything you need plus the quiet you came for. Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking a stay. '

'The accommodations were great for us. Plan on going up a lot of stairs to the front door. The parking is tight but doable for 3 cars. The host communicates so well and we had everything we needed. Sound does travel to the downstairs neighbor, including footsteps and they do complain about it and will call the police if you or your kids are walking around after 10 pm. Despite that I would stay here again. It has great beach and town access and it was very clean and comfortable. '

'We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.'

'Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. '

'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and...
