'We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautifully restored 257 year old farmhouse. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property. We can’t wait to return in June and again in September! '

'What an amazing property! We had a total party of 8 (6 adults and two teenagers) plus a dog. Not only was the house spacious, but it was cozy at the same time. There was enough room for everyone, additional blankets and pillows if needed, and linens available in every room. It was hard to not only find a house that fit all of us with enough rooms, but also that could accommodate our Rottweiler as most properties had a limit to the weight. The Juan's left a nice welcome book with recommendations...

'Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close. '

'This property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with cooking and baking gear. The beds are comfy. Temperature control is fantastic. It’s a great location - quiet neighborhood and the waterfront is so beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. '

'We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend! '

'My family & I all had a wonderful vacation & very much enjoyed the property. The inside of all 3 units was very clean, the outside trash area needed a cleanup from the previous renters… The only issue we had was the parking as it was not stated that it was on another street, but once that was figured out, it was very easy to get to our vehicles. The back yard, and beach was our favorite part, we also loved being able to walk to all the great restaurants & arcade.'

'Zeer goed hotel, fijn overnacht. Uitstekend ontbijt (18,99 ipv de bij Expedia aangegeven 13,99) met genoeg vers aanbod en een fijn, rustige dining area. Kamer aan de voorzijde tot 21.00 uur wat lawaai van de straat, maar daarna heerlijk stil. Heb erg goed geslapen. Zou er zo weer overnachten.'

'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and...

'This was the worst value-for-money we have ever had in the US. First of all, there is basically no service. We stayed for a week, house-keeping never entered the room. You need to walk to the reception to get a new towel, to get toilet paper or when the shampoo ran out. The place advertises having a spa and sun terrace, those were closed all week. And then there's the noises... Three nights there was a barking dog in the room next to us. All night long... It bared throughout the day as well, but...
