'We had our 20th annual Friendsgiving here. The place is amazing! I think the group consensus is we plan to book this place each year for our celebration. Hosts were very helpful and quick. View was great. Tons of rooom but I think we just stayed in the kitchen and hot tub. Thanks again! Great place for large groups. '

'Parking not great unless you have a smaller car. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot on weekends or after people get home from work. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and containers for anything you might cook. Living room was much smaller than pictured. The other two bedrooms are so small and the sun will wake you up. The blinds are not helpful. Also there are no screens on the window, with the bed right up against the window. A safety concern with kids. Also tripping...

'This home was perfect for my family during spring break!'

'It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...
