'Great home on the Kankakee River! Fully stocked kitchen, fun loft bedroom, magnificent views of the river and wildlife. We wish we were there longer and also in warmer weather to enjoy the river. 'Parking not great unless you have a smaller car. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot on weekends or after people get home from work. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and containers for anything you might cook. Living room was much smaller than pictured. The other two bedrooms are so small and the sun will wake you up. 'It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

'We have an annual grab bag. This house was amazing when we saw it on vrbo. Spacious, clean, modern, light ( we like windows), accommodating, and the host was amazing. This will definitely be our go to. They are about to get used to us! 😂😂😂'

'The Pros: The property was comfortable and clean. The Cons: The keypad for the door was confusing and difficult to use. We ended up getting locked out in the dark for almost 15 minutes because it took 12 tries to get it to unlock, and it had a 10-minute lock-out after 10 failed tries.
