'Alle hotelgasten krijgen bij hun eerste morgen een ontbijtje aangeboden en er worden prijzen geraffled. Heel leuk. Het is geen hotel maar een studio of appartement waarvoor op het einde van het verblijf schoonmaakkosten moeten betaald worden. De studio of apt. wordt enkel op vraag schoongemaakt tijdens het verblijf. Handdoeken en trash verwijderen kost $25, eindschoonmaak kost $75 voor een studio.'

'- Large living room overlooking the ocean with a lanai that's covered. Nice fully equipped kitchen with upper-end appliances. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. Small issues with one sink and the shower, and a little further away from the beach that I originally wanted.'

'We had a wonderful relaxing time. Breakfast from the Gazebo was excellent (and having a place there means you can make a to-go order from the back of the restaurant without having to wait in the incredibly long line to get in.'

'We watched Whales and Dolphins right from the porch, it was amazing. Snorkeling all around was fantastic. Lots of Sea Turtles to see, a wonderful experience! '

'Location is great . Unit is clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. '

'We enjoy the location of the Papakea Resort and have stayed there a few times. We enjoyed our stay. The living area was comfortable and clean. There were several beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc) available for our use. The bathroom, specifically the shower area, was a bit dingy and in need of an update. Overall, we were happy with the condo and our stay was a good one.'

'The Whaler is a beautiful property with close access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our condo was clean and very nice. We even had beach chairs and snorkel gear. If I had one complaint it was the parking garage which we could rarely find an empty spot during our stay.'

'Great accommodations. We were a party of 6 and plenty of space inside. Beds were comfy. Loved outdoor seating area. Had a problem with fridge on day 1 , but they responded right away and corrected the problem. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Sandy beach in front of condo, good place to boogie board. Would stay here again.'

'Great location, nice beach. Enjoyed having Duke's restaurant right there. Only complaint is some of the dishes were not clean and could have used a few more towels.'

'We love the Mahana and this stay was lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to enjoy more time at the beach. Loved watching the turtles from our balcony. The times grocery is walking distance. The Concierge (Kimmy) is the best. This is the only place to stay. Rebecca S'

'The Kaanapali Shores resort was an amazing stay! The property was well taken care of and all of the amenities made the stay even better! Two pools, one overlooking the ocean was a treat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes from Napili Bay, Honokeano Bay, Black Rock Beach, and Kaanapali Beach. We'll definitely be back!'

'I love everything about my stay! Everything I needed within walking distance!'

'Yup, my wife's biggest fear in life was unlocked - cockroaches. It's honestly not overly surprising given how old, worn down, and rusty the building/unit is. The floors were quite dirty too. The host was easy to communicate with, but we didn't bother flagging the cockroach issue since it was discovered on our last night. The location is great right in front of the ocean (we saw some whales, which was cool). The cockroaches just ruined it at the end. '

'This condo is lovely and was perfect for us. It is as close to the beach as you can get and we saw lots and lots of whales from our balcony ! The building is very nice, easy parking and close to the boardwalk, food trucks and restaurants. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the labels and all the extra goodies provided. Highly recommended!'

'I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. It was very frustrating getting inside, but once I did, I really liked...
