'Prima hotel om een nachtje te verblijven. Als vakantiehotel niet erg gezellig maar als zakenhotel prima. Ligging ok, goed bereikbaar. Goed ontbijt en bar.'

'Absolutely delightful. Breakfast is indeed exceptional, the room is very comfortable and has everything that we needed for a three-day weekend. Netflix an unexpected bonus after a good walk in the nice countryside on the doorstep. Dinner was also excellent plus the Bangladeshi restaurant in Swadlincote provided one of the best "Indian" dinners in a very long time. Location is quiet and safe and Becky and the Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly.'

'The host was PHENOMENAL. Such a beautiful soul who clearly cares a lot about the people she crosses paths with. The room was a good size and clean. There were no issues with noise either from within or right outside the property for the two nights I stayed. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The bed was comfortable enough and I was pleased to see all the eco-friendly toiletries. 'Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!'
