Fortunately, the hotel had arranged a pickup for us and when we arrived we got a welcome drink and the receptionists shared their WhatsApp numbers. 'Very friendly staffs and great service. The cocktails were very good at the sky lounge. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small and not much counter space to put anything. It will be also good to have some luggage stands. Overall great hotel and good location!'

'Absolutely beautiful resort but very little English spoken. Restaurant service was exceptionally poor and food was of very basic quality. The scallops were overcooked to the point they couldn’t even be scraped off the shell and that was after a 1.25hour wait for our meals with only 10 people in the restaurant. The wait at the beach bar was at least 30min each time as the staff were more concerned with their phones and talking to each other rather than serving customers. '
