'Het was heel fijn, er lagen verschillende lekkere dingen klaar als welkomstpakket, leuke inrichting, schoon, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Het huis lag op paar honderd meter van de kliffenkust waarlangs je naar dorp en haven kon lopen, schone zeelucht, veel moois te zien in de buurt, niet dichtbevolkt, de Engelsen zijn vriendelijk en meestal in voor een praatje. Zo ook Ray en Val, de buren die het huis beheren. Kortom: we kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen!'

'The owner kept in touch giving accurate and detailed instructions on entering and had even put the heating on for us so that it was warm for my epderly mother. In brief. 'Pictures and description is 100%. Communication with the owner is smooth. The cottage is spotless, in the middle of town with café’s (for breakfast and lunch), 1 pub serving food in the evening a couple only 50 meters down the road, a great Italian restaurant in 60 meters and a pub (no food) with a garden 70 meters. The cottage is well laid out. Great walks in the vicinity. For a rainy day there are books from Louise Ross all located in Northumberland. Off road parking is very convenient.'

'We would highly recommend this property! Very cozy and homely. The welcome pack of essentials was very much appreciated. There were six of us and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. All bedrooms are a good size. Easy to get to the beaches and surrounding areas. The cottage is located in very picturesque, peaceful surroundings. We instantly felt relaxed and enjoyed our time there immensely. We will hopefully be back and will take our golf clubs next time!'

'Lovely property but needs a little TLC. For instance curtain in lounge half hanging off, no lock for front bathroom door, loads of lightbulbs not working, video game not working holes in wall in bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Having said this the beds were comfortable, lots of space for 10 people and hot tub a great bonus. Nothing to spoil the holiday but just a few niggles.'

'Mooie pand, super locatie. Niet ver van het station, vlak bij de kaaien waar je super mooi kan wandelen en is het mooiste stuk van de stad. Vlak bij het centrum. Leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Wij hadden een duplex appartement. Ongelooflijk mooi en ruim. Absoluut een aanrader! '

'Although basic was warm and comfy there was hairs all over the bathroom and bed from previous person sockets were in odd place and roller blind didn’t work didn’t spoil my stay though I found it pleasant enough easy check in was taken to room explained codes previous reviews said noisy doors slamming ect traffic noise I didn’t experience any of this found it easy to sleep and quiet great location and easy to find '
