'All staff members we interacted with had great customer service. They were all extremely helpful. The breakfast bar was set up so you could easily see what was available and I loved the freedom of taking it to my room to enjoy on the balcony. The coffee, tea and cookie bar in the afternoon was a nice treat as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans to return with our family.'

'The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars.'
