'The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars.'

'Hotel ligt ver van alles af in een bos, tegen een berg. Er wordt vermeld door Expedia dat er een restaurant is. Er is een mogelijk voor -dinning- met de groepen, die daar zijn voor conferentie centrum! Dus geen a la carte eten. Wijhebben met de groep gegeten, maar geen alcohol! De groep wilde dat niet, dus kregen wij het ook niet! Het ontbijt was goed, maar wel aan heel grote ronde tafels met de voor ons onbekende groep!!!!
