'This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...

'I’ve stay at the Sawgrass Marriott three times this year and love the property! The staff is very accommodating and Mark in the lobby bar is THE BEST! My only complaint about this visit was the lack of hot water in the shower…(yes, we reported it to the front desk). Luckily, we went to the beach club most days and weren’t terribly worried about going out at night! Overall, a great place to stay when in Ponte Vedra!'

'Enjoyed our stay. Should have better lighting around the pool and walkways. It is very dark around the steps at night. I would be weary of anyone elderly or young children walking around in the evening. Very hard to see. Other than that, we had a great time. '
