'We absolutely loved our stay at the Omni Resort and Spa at Amelia Island! It was a last minute reservation and we were not disappointed! Everything was exceptional, from the staff to the transportation(shuttle), to the variety of restaurants and shops! We had a blast!'

'Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.'

'Overall, the stay was good. The only thing that I thought was ridiculous was being charged a fee to park on the hotel lot when there was no parking at night. It seemed like plenty of people that were not guests were parking in the lot and I am being charged to park there when it's not available to the guests! That's just ridiculous and unacceptable. '

'Too many stairs, narrow hallways, breakfast was very good, more of a continental style. Outside in need of major cosmetic repairs. Inside clean, but strangely set up'
