'My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as pictured, and is very conveniently located. We brought our dog on the trip, so the park right across the street was a huge plus! Host was amazing and responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here! '

'This house was the perfect location just outside of downtown. It’s beautiful and clean. The living room is small there is no way more then maybe three people could sit and not all that comfortably. Communication with the host was great, quick and helpful. We appreciate allowing us to enjoy your little space. Only other thing was the neighborhood was a bit run down. We always felt safe and it was quite. '

'Very good location and cute place. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this is it. There aren't a lot of frills but we weren't looking for that. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. When I reached out about check/out (what to do with trash, linens, etc) I mentioned I didn't receive them or wifi info and was told it was all in the booklet. We searched high/low for a booklet and couldn't find one. The owner responded fairly quickly...

'The house is so much bigger than the pictures suggest. Was a perfect hideaway for a weekend with my competition dog - quaint historic district, awesome view of the creek, and easy access to the major roadways (and distilleries!). Looking forward to returning. '

'Came down to take our 18 month old to the Children’s museum(10 mins away). We also ate at The garage food court (5 mins away). Mass ave is also 5 mins away and we stopped at the Needler’s grocery (5 mins away). House was clean and full of good amenities. '

'I was in town for a wedding. This place was clean, close to the venue, and Kelsey was quick to respond to any inquiries. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the Short North area as it’s close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Be aware that if you have a bigger vehicle, you will not be able to fit in the parking spot provided in the back. It’s not a big deal as there is paid street parking. '

'Daughter had a gymnastics meet in Indianapolis and this property served as a perfect place for us. Super clean and comfortable and very accommodating with our dogs. Definitely reccomend.'

'Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price.'

'We could not have found a more perfect location and home for our family Christmas trip! This home is wonderful and Tammie was so easy to work with and so responsive to any questions we had. And a very convienent location for our family to meet. Very quiet and so many amenities. We hope to beable to come here again in the future. We had lots of room and the kitchen allowed us to make our usual very large Christmas Eve dinner. I highly recommend this home !!!!!!!!'

'This place truly lived up to the popular image of a loft: a level up, a little quirky, but as welcoming and comfortable as you want a living space to be. Could only stay one night with our travel plans, but this will definitely be a strong contender for a more extended stay in Indianapolis, and it should be for just about everyone else.'

'The property looked great just like the pictures on the website. The area was okay. Could maybe use 2 more TV’s in two of the bedrooms. I have college students and not enough to go around. And the Attic bedroom is really nice but could use a ceiling fan.'

'On a 1-10 I give it an 8. What would make it a 10? ( I stay at a lot of vrbos)-fix fridge ice/water dispenser, put tissue box in restrooms, put hooks in bathroom for towels, robes, clothes, put dresser or tables in bedrooms to put stuff on, get a colander in kitchen, add some wine glasses. '

'Extremely pleased with our stay! Great communication, very quick to respsond! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft (which is hard to come by!) Parking was a little tight (we had a longer truck). Would definitely recommend! '
