'This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting New Orleans. The cottage was very comfortable and well-appointed, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. We cook most of our meals when we travel and the kitchen was great, with many essential items provided by the host. The garden is lovely and gives a very relaxing vibe. If we return to New Orleans, we will stay with Susan and Eldon again.'

'Brendan was great. He contacted us before we got there and met us when we got there. His house is on the same property, so very convenient. Walking to the French Quarter is pretty easy. There are several shops and cafes even in the same area. New Orleans reminds me of a college town. Lots of people walking around, every one is friendly. We had a great trip. '

'The house was nice, good location, easy check in/out. My only complaint is that the water from the pipes had a bit of a smell to it (the faucets and the shower). Other than that everything was as advertised. Great for our Mardi Gras trip. '

'Loved this rental - two king suites on different floors made for a very comfortable stay for our group of four. Very nice finishes and a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the bakery and Italian restuarant on the same street and a nice boutique on the corner. Walking distance to the lakefront and a few other eateries in the neighborhood. 'First trip to New Orleans and I picked a winner. Paul’s place was spacious, unbelievably and thoughtfully well-stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is three short blocks away from the FQ and we enjoyed greeting and speaking with neighbors we passed. 'Had a great experience here! India, property manager, was super helpful and her communication was great. The house is really nice, plenty of space, and the beds were super comfortable. Towels, bedding sheets, pillows, were all really nice too which is sometimes rare in house rentals. Parking spot was perfect for our SUV and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice home rental in New Orleans! '

'Beautiful home with southern comfort. Enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. However, miniblinds in most of the rooms were broken or missing panels. Also, a gaping hole in wall. Out of concern of what may crawl in, we plugged the hole with a plastic soda bottle during our stay.purchased more towels and toilet paper to last us during stay. Overall, a beautiful home in need of attention. most of four couples to move about comfortably.'

Water pressure for our shower was great, unfortunately, no hot water. We went to the front desk to see if we could be moved which they accommodated.
