'The Sheraton was a great option for a two day visit to NOLA. Unlike previous reviews we found staff friendly and helpful, the room impeccably clean and up to date and well maintained. Valet parking, though not cheap, was very good and we received our car within 5-10 minutes. Great location for French Quarter and streetcar routes to Garden District. All very good!'

'Staff will make the difference, in the end. Despite some interesting 24/7 noise (running or leaking water), despite the double room with noisy connection to 2nd room (like being in the same room), we’d go there again. Its location, its overall offer including excellent breakfast, its beds and again its staff. Big cheers to our weeklong breakfast waitress Kaisey (go Honduras!), you made at least our wake-ups with your smile!'
