'Suite was great however, the master shower head did not work, but luckily we had a second bathroom. The hairdryer is quite out dated and very low power. Again, the one in the master bath had no warm air, so had to use one in extra bath. The water is hard, so my hair was uncooperative. Everything else was really great though! Seriously….'

'The blue green resort was amazing. We got not only use the accommodations of blue green but also of Boyne mountain resort so it was like staying at ken place but using the benefits of 2 resorts. We had a blast! '

'I was so happy with my families stay at “The Highlands at Harbor Springs!” Check in was warm and welcoming. Staff came to my car to unload ski boots and bags. Our room was beautiful!! A separate sitting area. It was snowing while we were leaving and the staff was getting the snow off of my car while I was packing the car. Very impressive service!!! My family will definitely be back!! Thank you!!! '

'The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only real issue is that the carpeting in places of the hotel and our room needs to be replaced. Perhaps it will be in the future. It was a bit shabby. I’d rather see luxury vinyl flooring. Also, the water in the shower was almost lukewarm, yet extremely hot in the bathroom sink. I’m sure these issues will be attended to. '
