'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'I stayed at Ventus Ha and was positively surprised. Big plus was that you could enjoy checking other 2 locations which were walkable. Lots of food, good service. This was important knowing Ventus Ha is more oriented towards adults but by going to Marina area where they had more of kids orientated pool helped a lot. In general you can spend good time there no matter if you want silent spot or more fun activities. Bear in mind the beach is little made up, this is not DR, most of that Mexico area...
