'Well kept property, clean and in good repair'

'This little cabin is on the best little beach. You can't beat the location. The rope swing was awesome. Our boys were swinging constantly. I would recommend bringing some blister tape, to wrap their hands and prevent blisters. My only real complaints would be that the cabin was in real need of a deep clean and the neighborhood dogs were a little concerning, but overall you can't beat the river. . . '

'Such a lovely spot. The owner has thrifted every knob in this spot - clearly a love for antique and just awesome stuff in general but done well, not just cluttered. It looks great. Very comfortable stay. The AC is moldy (though they clearly try to keep in clean) and the ceiling fan is caked with…. Yuck. It’s up high and hard to clean. Unfortunately, those things left my husband struggling to breathe as he is asthmatic and very sensitive. One son was coughing a lot. It’s a cabin in the woods, so...
