'The hotel was as good ask you could ask for. Clean and neat. Beware of CERTAIN personnel. 3rd shift. I came to town at about midnight and after looking ALL OVER for a hotel that does not make you wait until 3pm (WTF??????) to check in I booked online and was turned away at 4am. Had to walk around until the office opened(?????).'

'This is an old motel. However, the owners have made it super clean and comfortable. They have a nice product line in the bathroom, a comfy bed, and soft cotton sheets. I have been booking a room instead of using Lyft/Uber after a night out and 45 minutes from home. This is a great find for a reasonably priced (under the round-trip Lyft price) motel. The staff at night and then in the morning is friendly and very service-oriented.'

'The property is very clean with nice finishes. It is a simple crossing of the street to get to the beach. There are so many little touches that make this a great rental. Connie has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, plenty of bathroom towels and toiletries and a lovely patio where we ate our Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend and will definitely be back. '

'As before, a decent cost-effective stayover facility near Point Loma. Hard to find a more affordable option with the same very friendly and helpful staff and the same great location near Shelter Island. In 10min by car or 15min by bike you're at the boardwalk/center, and Mission Bay and the Pacific beach are around the corner. I'll be back!'

'This property is a local gem. Amazing views of the marina and bay. It can be a little loud with all the Navy base activity however well worth the trip. '
