'We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!'

It's approximately 90 minutes' drive from Cape Town and in the opposite direction of the Garden Route, which is the route most travelers tend to follow. But it's a perfect get-away if you live in Cape Town and want to spend a long weekend in a quiet and beautiful area. Hiking, biking, winetasting... We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the manor, but you need to go to the town of Tulbagh (12 kms away) for other...

'Kamer is groot genoeg en mooi ingericht. De locatie ligt wel aan de grote weg en de auto's hoor je dus wel. Gelukkig een je er aan. De kamer is ruim en heeft een dakraam zonder gordijn dus je wordt wel vroeg wakker. Of je moet je vliegtuig masker gebruiken.'
