'We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. We made our way up the cobbled street to another hotel, they were full but the desk clerk found us a room in another hotel and helped us get there. The next...
