'Stijlvol romantisch hotel in het midden van Oud San Juan, alles op loopafstand. Erg leuk dakterras met badkuipen :) Iets totaal anders dan de grote ketens, maar zeker een aanrader, zou zo terug willen'

'Hotel el Covento is very well located, close to all sorts of dining and shopping locales and next to the Cathedral. It's colonial architecture gives it a very special charm and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant food and waitresses are really good. The only mishap was the faulty elevator but overall I would definitely recommend it.'

'We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. We made our way up the cobbled street to another hotel, they were full but the desk clerk found us a room in another hotel and helped us get there. The next...

'We had an amazing stay at the Dreamcatcher. The property is beautiful and safe (gated community) & the staff and service are excellent. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and it is beautiful and so quiet. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops nearby if the vegan/vegetarian breakfast & brunch options offered at Dreamcatcher are not your preferred options :) All in all - beautiful facility, very friendly staff, great nearby area.'

'The hotel was nice. Very clean, nicely decorated. The only issue that I had was that at the middle of the night the fire alarm started to sound. Went to the front desk to ask what happened since I didn’t see guests or personnel running outside, they just mentioned it was a misunderstanding or error without any apologies. If that would not happened, I would have sleep better that night. Nevertheless, the hotel has a good location. Also it provides parking which is a huge plus. '
