'Staying at Machiya Fukune was an amazing experience! Everything we needed was available, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the relaxation of being in a home as opposed to a hotel room is unmatched. We particularly loved the two bathtubs in our Machiya, so as to have the option of relaxing in a secluded outdoor environment or indoor one. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again next time I visit Kyoto!'

Location is great and you can walk the Gion neighbourhood whenever you like. You can walk to Yasaka Jinja and Shijo easily as well. 'This charming inn is an excellent accommodation for families. With two bedrooms, our family of five enjoyed a comfortable and spacious stay.
