'The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash...

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'It was a nice stay if you want to stay somewhere traditional. We stayed for one night ant the guest house and we wanted the experience. The place didn’t feel clean. We saw French fries and napkins on the floor when we checked in. Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was very comfortable. One of the rooms has a green exit sign which was very bright when you go to sleep. '

'This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend. '

'We stayed for 2 and half weeks in Mimaru Namba North Osaka. This hotel is definitely one of the reasons that make our Japan trip the best vacation we've ever had. The location of the hotel is perfect for our city trip. It's within walking distance to tourist-crowded Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Namba and Nihonbashi shopping area is also not too far away by foot (good news for manga fans and Gundam enthusiasts). Yotsubashi subway station is very close. Three metro stops will take you to the Umeda...
