'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. 'Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. The hotel had small appliances that we could borrow such as toaster and rice cooker. Laundry on site was quick and efficient. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The location was not ideal in that it was not very close to much of the shopping areas (eg. Nishiki market is about a 15-20 min walk). There is a grocery store across the street as well...
