'Property was really nice'

'7 70+ year old women gathered to celebrate a birthday. We really had a wonderful time and your 108 N Church was the perfect place. Plenty of room; comfortable beds; lovely bathrooms; amazing kitchen! The location is perfect for downtown Fairhope shopping and dining. We’ll be back!'

'Lake Forest is a large community near Daphne,Al that almost has it all(no beach) 😂 However it has a golf course,horse riding stables,a number of community pools and a busy community center. Lots to see and do. We were able to rent a nice 3 bedroom , 2 bath home in the community. There were a couple of minor issues that have been addressed with the owner,but overall,a great base of operations for someone want to experience the Gulf Coast.'

'This property was perfect for our large group! Terri is a great hostess, who is responsive to any needs. The house is very conveniently located to things in the Daphne, Fairhope, and Mobile areas. Even though it is near these busy areas, it was a quiet retreat.'

'Our youngest son got married on November 30th. This was perfect location to get to venues and gather any last minute items. The home was beautiful! The host were wonderful! We enjoyed staying here!!'

'Wonderful house close to beach and cute towns. Great yard for dogs! Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do close by(try Iveys for dinner). Only issue was the internet wasn’t discoverable and not as listed. We had a hotspot so we could work, but that would’ve been the only issue.'

'Overall the house was great. The size of the house was perfect and it was very comfortable. The location was also very close to the wedding venue. The only issues we had were some tupperwares that were still dirty and some kitchen cabinets were not clean. We also found moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker. '

'The house was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time. The only bad thing was we had to pay $65.00 a day for the pool to be heated. Which isn't in the house paperwork. '

'Traveling with our large lab, it served its purpose. The backyard worked for him while we went out but if you have a smaller dog, there’s an opening under the house that might be problematic. We had a hiccup at check in but it turned out okay. We also didn’t have toilet paper and the beds are a little harder than we would like. Overall, we would go back if we were traveling with our dog. '
