'This was our first visit to Hawaii and we couldn't have found a better property to stay at. Secluded, quiet and well maintained. The River Cottage was so well equipped with kitchen ware, microwave, full oven, refrigerator and even Alexa for listening 🎧 to music at night on our Lanai. Paul the property manager was gracious and the cottage was immaculate. 'Excellent property with professionally done upgrades. This was a great location for exploring the southern and eastern parts of the island. The ocean is right there and we loved keeping the patio screen open for the wonderful ocean sounds. I would definitely return.'

'Lovely location. Really enjoyed our stay, and it was convenient to rest of the island from condo. Two very minor points which we were informed before our stay, but FYI, you need be OK with: 1. third floor with no elevator (we were fine going up/down stairs daily, but checking in/out with 50lb check-in bags was a chore); 2. kitchen is very, very tiny.'

'Great place to stay, with several places to eat or get coffee within walking distance. Free parking, beautiful view, comfortable place, accommodating hosts, what more could you ask for! We were able to watch wales from the balcony, bring binoculars. '

'We spent a week at the condo. We enjoyed the views from the lanai and ate our breakfast and dinner there most days. The condo is clean and the property itself is very well maintained. The owner of the condo was very quick to respond to any questions we had . The pool area is nice and we made use of the Bbq located by the pool. It is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava beach club. There is also a good bakery across the street. It is...

'Lae Nani was an awesome place, spacious, well equipped with all amenities and very clean. It is at a great location and steps from the beach. The community is very peaceful and clean. The hosts respond quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!'

'We loved our stay here. This was the cleanest condo we have ever rented. You can see that the manager truly cares about the property. She also was so informative on the local area and was honestly there to help. The view was breathtaking and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. We will definitely return here in the future. 'Great place to stay if going north and/or south on the island. We did both multiple times. Best to have a vehicle if traveling around. While we did not have kids the resort, pools and slides seemed to be great for families. The stretch of beach was very nice and offered great views, waves, and shade under pacific island trees. Grabbing a quick bite and drink at the beachside bar/restaurant was a nice touch after a long day out as well. Would stay again for sure.'

'Location was fantastic, beachfront with access to a great trail to walk or bike. Centrally located on the island if that’s what you want, and we did. Easy to get to north, south, airport, etc. Quiet, well-maintained complex with good amenities (we only used pool, nothing else). Our door code didn’t work but local manager was easily reachable and helped immediately. Owner didn’t answer a text on an unrelated question until next day so good that there is a local contact. 'Amazing stay. The only 2 items to point out are the rear bedroom was quite hot, the ac did not reach that room, which was not ideal. Also, the unit next door was being renovated. The workers were great and did their best. The shared hallway was a very dusty our entire stay. '

'I have T-Mobile and had no service inside the unit and it was spotty by the window. Place is as described no A/C but good cross wind and 4 tower fans to put where you like and a ceiling fan. 'Great location. Outdated but great view. No balcony on second floor. Very disappointed there is no balcony. $50 per day for resort fee and parking stinks. Wasn’t expecting that. Coffee cups are tiny. Breakfast is decent but overpriced. '
