'Me and 9 friends were running the NYC marathon to benefit curechm.org and this property was a perfect jump off point for us. If I could give the owner 6 stars for communication I would. If you are like me and have heard rough stories about the Bronx, I encourage you to give it another try! This place is a great launching point for all that NYC has to offer.'

'The home looked great and the owner was easy to work with. The home was close to the train station which made it easy to visit all of NY. I would definitely stay at this home on my next NY visit. Definitely recommend. '

'We stayed for several days because the price was 1/4 the price of staying in the city. The apartment was clean and private. Parking was free and we ran in the neighborhood each morning. Everyone we met was very nice. '

'We were very pleased with our stay. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac that is easy to access from Route 1 and 95. It is centrally located but does not feel busy; Greenwich Ave is easily walkable, along with the waterfront and Bruce Park playground. A few small restaurants within a stone's throw as well. The property is very well-kept with a nice kitchen and living room. The bathrooms worked well with the ensuite for the adults and the bath for the kids. House stayed comfortable and warm even...

'This house was wonderful! Had a lot of space and it was perfect. Feliciano was very receptive, even helped open the door remotely for me when I had a hard time getting in at check in. Responded immediately. Would book again!'

'The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...
