'The room was great. The only major complaint I had was my daughter was getting out of the pool and slipped and cut her knee really bad on the ladder. It was missing a step and where the screw hole went was super sharp. We went to desk and asked for a bandaid cause her knee was bleeding and of course they didnt have a first aid kit. and didnt even ask if she was ok. When I went in the morning to ask if they had fixed the problem the lady didnt know anything about it. '
