'Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.'

There is a major difference how they take care of visitors with a high standard. At arrival there is a ceremony only for the high standard people, not for all customers.
