'Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.'

'Clark Amer is a nice hotel to stay. Some of the front desk employee need a training how to behave, talk and be helpful to all the customers. There is a major difference how they take care of visitors with a high standard. At arrival there is a ceremony only for the high standard people, not for all customers. Some of the front desk employee, don't listen to the customers at all, that's a shame, because it is a nice hotel. I would advise the manager to train the front desk employee. On the...

'Room facilities are not good at all. We had a non-functioning A.C.. Then managed to get another room on request, however that had a broken flush. Not worth the price'

'Don’t expect clean bed sheets or toilets. If you need a place to do a quick wash up before catching your flight you might want to consider this but I would still go for other hotels. Staffs are helpful but that doesn’t help with the overall. '

'This hotel is mainly used for weddings, They ll ask you to do breakfast with in a family function which they are hosting with in the hotel, also they ll move you to their 6th floor which has worst room, no hot running water, water pressure is super low, dirty sheets, sofas, broken chairs , plz be aware before booking this property'
