'We stayed for a short girls weekend in SB. The location is excellent, a block away from the water, about a 30 minute walk to the funk zone and other shops/food. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive management. House is old though you could tell they have made fixes based off previous reviews. Nice gas fireplace. Would have benefited from knowing there were space heaters the first night. Overall, for the price was a fair stay. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and...

'We loved our 3-day stay in this charming, clean, comfortable little cottage. The layout, location and amenities were perfect for our family of four, including two college-age kids. Summerland is a cute town with a number of upscale shops, and a few restaurants, and it’s an easy drive to surfing spots, Montecito and Santa Barbara. The only drawback - as mentioned by other reviewers - is the location on a frontage road adjacent to 101 - so there is definitely significant highway noise. We had one...

'We went for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Keith and JD were amazing hosts who were so communicative, gave great recommendations, and helped us the whole weekend like bringing more ice, setting up our fire, etc. The home is also in a great location with 7 Dalmatians and horses on the property! Can't recommend this place enough! '

'The property was ok. Just a little small. The neighborhood was directly off the freeway and was a very crowded street with no parking. The driveway was short and off center of the street entrance. The check in time was 3:00 but we were not able to check in until 3:30 due to the cleaning lady still being there. During our stay, the cleaning lady came through the driveway to use the laundry area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have liked a more seamless stay. '

'There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right. But it was still very disappointing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The inside and outside of the hotel is very beautiful....
