'This was my second time staying at this property and just as good as I remember!! The amenities for the kids is always something we enjoy as well as the beach access. 'We stayed in an Ocean Front Balcony room w 2 queen beds for 2 adults 1 tween & 1 dog. The size of the room was good. The views of the beach were great. The room itself was pretty dirty. Visible stains on the carpet. Visible trash underneath the bathroom vanity. Upholstered desk chair had crumbs and visible stains on the seat cushion. Loved the 3 storage wire drawers that were next to the refrigerator. Very handy. Some of the existing usb ports did not work. The breakfast options were good...

'We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night.
