'I liked the security, The carpet in the hallways was unique and fun to look at. The staff was happy and friendly right down to the cleaning crew. The doors where very heavy and caused a lot of noise when shutting. I know they have to be fireproof which makes them heavy but maybe something could be done to make them quieter when being shut. '

'Front desk staff/concierge was incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay. We were there during the snowstorm and with no other food options open, the bartender served food and drinks to probably everyone staying that evening very quickly and with a smile on her face even though she was by herself. We got our food quickly and she was very attentive and friendly for having a packed bar. As far as the property you can’t beat the view. Hot tub and pool were heated and pleasant. Lobby...
