'The hotel is located within the walking distance of the Xcaret park and you can dip in and out of Xcaret during the day, helps save some money on meals! The hotel grounds are fantastic, nice little beach, luscious jungles and plenty of animals. Plus some mayan ruins! 'I was not able to use the app which meant I was not able to book dinner reservations while I was there. This was a terrible way to only be able to book. They need to create other ways for guests to make reservations. Beverages were watered down and pretty disgusting. Service in the buffet was excellent. Checkin was not good. We were not given instructions on where things were or how to navigate the resort.'
