'Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, in a good area and perfect for my husband, myself and our other son. We could have had a few more guests. The picture on vrbo showed the house as is. We didn’t cook beside breakfast one morning and a pecan pie but the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gary!'

'Visited over Thanksgiving and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The home had historic charm and modern conveniences. Plenty of room for hanging out. As can be the case in older homes, the bedroom level upstairs was always chilly, but the beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We had unexpected snow, which was beautiful though without a shovel or broom, made the steps to the house a little tricky. '

'My best friend of 50 years and I spent four days at this lovely house. The hosts were wonderful; answered any questions we had very promptly. We are both in our 70s and the stairs were more of a challenge than I had anticipated from the pictures, but we managed. The house is lovely, the grounds are great and the fishing was awesome. We would definitely recommend this or a quiet getaway, especially if you like to fish.'

'This is gem! Lots of room for multiple families and people. We were there for a wedding and it was the perfect spot for everyone to get ready. Bathrooms are great size and the extra amenities thru out the home are great. (Coffee, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc). Back porch and parking was perfect for all the guests. 'Came into a house that had an extreme odor of pot throughout the house. Multiple areas in the house had pot blunts, or seeds and ashes. The carpeted stairs had not been vacuumed and had garbage dirt and a ball of hair on them. Owner first told us that the cleaning crew photos showed the property was clean but later admitted that the previous renters did smoke and checked out after 2pm so the cleaners may have missed things in a rush to get the place ready. 'The property is exactly how it is described in the listing. We rented the property for a weekend with our boys before school started. The property is an easy quick drive to all the attractions. We visited the Arch and went to a Card’s game and it was only an 8 minute drive to each. Great communication with host and very thankful for a late check out. We would definitely rent again. '
