'This house was perfect as a home base for Disneyland adventures. It's super close to the park and grocery stores. We had 8 adults and a small child. While we brought some baby gear when we got there we realized they had anything we could have needed and then some. Overall a great place to unwind after a day at the parks '

'The rental was lovely and well-appointed. My only feedback is that nearly all of the TV-related remotes had dead batteries, so we had to consolidate batteries from a single working remote and continually move them around. The best part was the location! Only 15 minutes from the front door to Downtown Disney. I will definitely stay here again!'

'This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. '

'Great little place to stay. I bit hard to find, we had a tough time finding the garage so never did end up using it. Lots of beds but couldn’t find much extra bedding- pillows. The master bedroom is a double bed so just watch for that. Super close to Disney. Would stay again!! '

'Super easy walk to the parks, we chose to walk most days as loading and unloading the children took more time than just heading there. Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew. Watching the Disney fireworks from the driveway was great. The house layout was a little strange for two families as you have to pass through one of the master bedrooms to get to the game room and...

' We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!'

'This exquisite home is literally located exactly 1/2-1 block to the beach! This neighborhood was quiet and very accessible(walkable) to a delicious variety of restaurants and food choices. The home is well-stocked with all of the fun beach equipment!'

'House is great, Everything was nice except the neighbors who think any sound at all even from baby's in the middle of the day is something to complain about. We did not make unreasonable noise for an unreasonable time. I don't remember giving up my first amendment rights or my fourth amendment rights as any complaints from anyone gives them the right to unwarranted search. Anaheim rentals is fighting this in court and I pray you win. I would love to rent in Anaheim again but that city...

'This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for....

'We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s. 'Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad in LA, de omgeving was perfect. Het huis viel tegen, omdat je nooit met 12 personen bij het zwembad kan zitten, laat staan buiten eten. Binnen is het huis geschikt voor zoveel personen, maar buiten zeker niet. En het huis was/ is erg vies. Zelf dweil aangeschaft en wasrek. Er stond alleen een bezem, heb toch gevraagd om een srofzuiger en goede dweil . Dat werd snel geregeld, dat vond ik positief. '

'This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars.'

'Home was average. It wasn’t super clean, but not bad either. The entire place had been redone with flooring and paint and everything that made it nice but it had a funny smell and we just couldn’t quite feel cozy. The parking was narrow and with our big suv it caused some issues, the shrubs just need to be trimmed back for space there. "Nice hotel with small but well equipped gym and rooftop pool. Rooms were minimalistic and stylish and spacious enough. Bed sleeps well. Ear plugs available in your hotel room. Enough breakfast and diner options in the area. "
