'We had 7 girls in this house for 2 nights and it was awesome! The house was exactly as described, lots of room for the 7 of us. The property management was very communicative. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect.... we did get it heated. Close to lots of good bars and restaraunts... walkable ( 5 minutes ) to the Penmar which was a fun vibe! Definitely would recommend~'

'This property was amazing. It accommodated all of us comfortably. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. The host was very helpful with me as I had never done an air b&b. When we go again I will definitely go through her again. Very close to Disneyland. I recommend this house 100%. '

'Overall, we loved this property. Proximity to Santa Monica pier was great. Was in town for a game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This property is a bit of a haul from Pasadena, but well worth it. A few minor things that were more of an aggravation that a deal breaker. Master shower is absolutely stupid the way it is set up sideways and sprays water all over the bathroom regardless of the position of the curtain. Light switch in master not dimming all the way to off and leaving light in...

'Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. '

'I loved everything about Steve's place! Plush towels, bottled water in the fridge, kcups alredy provided, spices in the cabinet, all the pots/pans you could ever need - and a DRIVEWAY parking space!! The beds were comfy. The wifi was strong. The water was hot. I mean, this place had everything I could want. And the VIEW of the ocean is phenom. Loved it - I will definitely stay there again!'

'Second time staying in this bungalow. Close to everything starting right off with the beach. You can walk everywhere and leave your car parked. Good restaurants in both directions. '
