'Prima appartement, we hadden 3 kamers met elk een King-bed, 2 badkamers. Het was schoon en voorzieningen prima. Mooi zwembad. Bij aankomst moet de sleutel elders opgehaald worden, daarna een kleine 10 minuten rijden naar het complex. Communicatie verliep goed. Prima begin van 2 dagen hier in een totaal van onze rondreis van 3 weken. '

'We went to Phoenix from Tucson on the same day of check-in to attend a nearby con. Since the con opened earlier than check-in, we spent the entire time there until it closed. The building is directly in front of The Great Wolf Lodge making it extremely easy to find. The entrance was also easy to spot even at night, and as a plus, all the codes worked without any problems. 'Lovely unit. Mattresses very soft. Bathrooms need some TLC. More lamps would be nice. A lot of supplies such as soaps and paper products already there. Nice to have a garage. '

'This is a very nice 3-bed/2 bath unit on the second floor. The unit was very clean upon arrival and nicely outfitted with comfortable beds and other furniture, kitchen amenities, and linens. We did have issues with the property management company not responding to some maintenance issues that we brought up. Most frustrating was not being able to figure out how to control the living room TV remote control. We asked for assistance several times. All the other TVs worked fine. The tennis courts are...

'We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. '
