'It's my fault for not realizing the extent of the kids play hotel. I thought it was just an indoor waterpark attached. There are hordes of children screaming and running around everywhere. It's a nice hotel, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are standard and it's in a good location. Food is expensive but that is to be expected. If you have kids, this is the place to be. There are some pretty amazing activities geared towards children. If you don't have kids, I would reconsider staying...

'Easy access and parking. In need of renovation : the drzin in the bathtub was wide open, allowing scim and hzir to float back up. Tub needs reglazed. Some electrical outlets fid not work by the bed. Room 2107 Dining facilities very limited'

'Zeer mooi en nieuw hotel met prachtige kamers en mooie sportschool. Helaas slechte ervaring met het regelen van de housekeeping. In het kader van het milieu werd aangeboden onze kamer om de dag re voorzien van housekeeping. Na de tweede dag nog even nagevraagd of we die dag housekeeping zouden krijgen; dat was het geval. Echter einde middag nog steeds niet geweest. Uiteindelijk na 4 keer vragen, hebben we een stapeltje handdoeken gekregen omdat de housekeeping naar huis was. Zeer laconieke...

'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'

'Prima hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer grote schone kamer met veel voorzieningen. Keuken met kookgegenheid, magnetron, afwasmachine en voldoende keukengerei. Aparte zithoek met bank, kingsize bed. Gratis voor Amerikaanse begrippen uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie ligging vlakbij old town met vele restaurants. '

'The bathroom floor was dirty. My wife spent 15 minutes wiping it clean. We stayed near the front of the hotel and there was the normal traffic noise, but the real annoying noise came from the portico and the loud music being played out there or in the lobby. That music should shut down by 8:30 in the evening. '
