'We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland with our family of 8. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, location was close to the parks, kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning before getting on our way! House was very nice and clean, neighborhood was quiet and cute and everyone had a great time! Would absolutely stay here again.'

'This was a good place to crash after some long days at Disneyland. It wasn’t much of a hang out place but we didn’t need that. Unfortunately, the beds weren’t very comfortable and squeaked all night long. We didn’t use the pool, too cold. But again, was a great place to just crash because we appreciated the price tag after paying for Disney. '

'We enjoyed the house with our kids and grandkids! All the beds and rooms accommodated us well. The back yard is beautiful and nicely landscaped !We decided it was too far to walk to Disneyland for all of us, so we ended up driving. It was a nice short drive.'

'This was the perfect place to stay. The house is immaculate and homey. The neighborhood is quiet. Communicating with the host was simple and easy. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm back in the area. '

'Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad in LA, de omgeving was perfect. Het huis viel tegen, omdat je nooit met 12 personen bij het zwembad kan zitten, laat staan buiten eten. Binnen is het huis geschikt voor zoveel personen, maar buiten zeker niet. En het huis was/ is erg vies. Zelf dweil aangeschaft en wasrek. Er stond alleen een bezem, heb toch gevraagd om een srofzuiger en goede dweil . Dat werd snel geregeld, dat vond ik positief. '

'Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!'

'We had a wonderful stay here! Great location! We went to Disneyland and was only about 10 min drive. Everything was great. Only thing is the pool heater didn't work (the hot tub did though!). The girl bedroom beds were really squeaky and the master bed was a tad uncomfortable due to it being sunken in one one side. Overall, great place to stay! '

'It's always so hard to find a place with dogs. This surpassed my expectations. House was clean, stocked with enough basics, check in process was seamless, and my two dogs were allowed. '

'We have family in Tustin but always like to try and do some Disney activities. The location was perfect! Nice neighborhood with necessities close by. House was perfect to relax in and spread out. We will definitely be staying here again! '

'Great spot to stay,it was so super relaxing.the Owners are great People ,very happy and informative of the area..sleeping on a boat is great ,I havent slept like that since a baby hahahah. The boat was very clean very comfortable. I made my reservation on Expedia and within just a couple hours they called me to confirm.. let me finish by saying I could go on and on how much I loved staying on dock five with the folks of dockside. It was just downright beautiful, relaxing great experience plenty...

'Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely...

"Accommodatie op loopafstand van Disneyworld. Heerlijk zwembad erbij om af te koelen. Kamer was niet bijzonder of opvallend, vooral functioneel. Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enige minpuntje: het ontbijt was karig en vies."
