'Clean, comfortable, and convenient.'

'In general it was very nice. Lobby was lovely, elevators quick, workout room very nice. But we waited in line for over 90 minutes just to check in. There were over 60 people checking in and only one person working the general side and another working the honors side. We nearly missed our show and others were late for a Bears game. It was ridiculously understaffed when you knew how many would be checking in.'
