Very responsive, checked in on us routinely and was great at making transportation arrangements for us to go on excursions outside the are. The house was clean when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. The air in the bedroom worked well and allowed comfortable sleep during very warm days. 'Villa Concha was perfect for our full wedding party during our wedding week. Everyone had their own comfortable spaces and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and all outdoor spaces were large, clean, and a great space for everyone to hangout. The pool was great with beautiful views! The decor in all the rooms was fun and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great communication and attentiveness from the house manager and onsite contacts. Our group can’t wait to go back! '

'The home and neighborhood were amazing. It's a beautiful home with great amenities and proximity to the beach which we enjoyed every day. Loved the wildlife including the frequent monkeys. The owner was extremely helpful and very nice to work with. We definitely didn't want to leave and we look forward to returning! '

'This setting makes for a dream vacation. So much so that I almost don't want to write a review and have more people want to use it and make it unavailable. The house is comfortable and beautiful. The outside grounds, pool, hot tub, kitchen, sand and setup are perfect. And, the beach is right there too.The staff and management company are all top drawer.We look forward to another magical vacation right there again.'

'Our family of 6 had a great time at the house. The layout was perfect for us with great open access to the pool and was very clean. The location was perfect with an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We planned on getting a golf cart, but found it an easy walk to town. Maricella was fantastic as she cooked up a delicious breakfast every morning and even laundered and folded out clothes. Access to the beach club was also a very nice amenity that we used each day when we needed a break from the sun...

'Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Not a big deal, but be aware that water availability in that area might be very restricted during the dry season; we were asked to be very careful with water usage, which we were, and we had no problems with 7 people for 5 days. Also worth noting that the casita is good for one person, but has no door to the bathroom (just a curtain), so not ideal for a couple. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean place, everything we needed, good communication. '

'Beautiful forest setting surrounds a Costa Rican architectural gem. Beautiful fusion of local hardwood winding stairs, floors and doors/trim with traditional concrete/stucco walls, concrete downstairs/patio and bathroom floors with concrete counters and kitchen island.Bedrooms with ac and openable windows; lots of glass.Patio great in mornings and evenings to enjoy nature.'

'The house was great for our two families with 5 teenagers. Location was great and communication with the manager of the property was easy. Our only complain would be that the property always had someone there working wether it was the landscape people, house cleaner, or just random people washing their bikes in the driveway or grinding on doors in the driveway. That was weird to us, and we didn’t love coming back after being out for the day to people there. '

'Where to begin with this property… In brief, this property was fantastic for our family of 5. Each bedroom has it’s own entrance and bathroom which allows for great privacy and usage of the common areas in the morning without disturbing others. The beach was a 10 minute walk away through the neighborhood which lead to a gorgeous low populated beach. We were able to use the 5 included beach chairs and a tree for shade, it was perfect.
