'This house is AMAZING! It's very difficult to find 5 bedroom houses that are reasonably priced for our annual fall get together. We have family members from Ohio, Iowa, and Missouri that gather for a weekend of reconnecting and fun. The Kane Family Farm right next door to the house made this year's reunion one of the best. The game room is awesome, the bedrooms are huge, and beds are very comfortable. Overall, one of the best houses we have ever rented.'

'This home was stocked with all the supplies you could need for a weekend get away. It was decorated so uniquely and it was super clean. We will definitely be back. '

'The location was great with the trail heads in 3 state parks and a nature preserve each just a 15 minute drive away. The house was also close to supermarkets and the downtown, which had many restaurants and lots of free parking. 'This was a good place to stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms stocked with supplies. The steps to the unit needed to be cleaned better. A couple of convenient outlets need to be fixed to work.'

'We wanted to get away for a couple days to see fall colors and hike near Starved Rock. This little house in the small town of DePue IL perfectly met our expectations. We had a great time looking at all the interesting decorations. While in DePue be sure to get a pork tenderloin at Casford’s Crossing!'

'Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. I let the owner know and she said she would have the cleaning crew check it out. However, it was clear that the countertops had not...

'this is my first time running off of Vrbo and I wasn’t used to the platform. The property manager once I booked was very kind to message me back-and-forth about what time check-in is and the code which was really kind and timely. The property is absolutely beautiful.
