Für uns zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kleinkind war es schon sehr beengend, da es auch kaum Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung usw gibt. Die Mobilheime gehören optisch einmal auf den neuesten Stand...

Communications was excellent.My one criticism is that the pictures online make it look like each bedroom has a bathroom en suite which is not the case. '

'Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. 'Great apartment, clean, comfortable in a great location. We were 6 minutes walk from the Amphitheater where it has a nice piazza with restaurants and shops. Alessandro who greeted us was excellent, he gave us suggestions for restaurants, locations to visit, best gelato, cafes and even marked on the map for us. We had a great time and greatly recommend this apartment.'

I suggest letting them arrange the boat transfer (we came from the train but they organize from the airport too). It is on the 4th floor with no lift but not bad really. '

'We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again'
