'Perfect location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean and well stocked for our short stay. We really enjoyed the outside space both front and backyards. The beds were comfortable and we even enjoyed the pillows, which is always a tough thing to find. Over all I’d give this a 5/5 stars and highly recommend!'

'The home was absolutely perfect. The amenities were great and decorated beautifully. '

'The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again.'

'Stay was great, location was ideal to get around the city and the beach '

'Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara. '

'Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!'

'The property is exactly as described. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. And easy access to downtown Montecito. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The owners were upstairs but have a separate driveway and entry to their home. We saw them twice during our one week stay (very briefly). Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again. '

'We stayed in this cottage for Family Weekend for our granddaughter who attends Westmont College. The location was perfect, the cottage very cute and comfortable. '

'This is a house I would consider staying at again. It’s not too far from downtown and the views are amazing. We had a couple little hiccups with entering the home and hot tub/pool but the property manager helped us resolve things quickly.'

'Highly recommend this place. The space was used efficiently, it was very clean, and had the eco/sustainable amenities needed for a great stay. When needing to contact the ‘front desk’ via text, they were responsive within a few minutes or less. Would def recommend this place and will plan on coming back when the times comes. '

'Room was large, with kitchen. Free parking and breakfast were provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was close to beach and shopping. Great value for area.'

"The Leta is a nicely refurbished motel in the style of the 70’s. Once you’re leaning into the motel experience, it’s a good place to stay. Large parking lot available (although I was surprised to see that a parking fee was added)"

"Genoeg parkeerplekken aan beide zijden van het hotel. De kamers zien er mooi uit en een fijn balkon. Jammer dat er niet even een doekje over de koelkast was gehaald. Ook maakte deze nogal lawaai, omdat er geen extra deurtje voor zit. Onze telefoon knipperde hinderlijk en maakte daarbij een geluid. Met een dik kussen erop hebben we dit opgelost. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Ook fijn dat je 24/7 koffie en heet water bij de receptie kan krijgen. "
