'We did not get the final check in email instructions and code until 9pm that same day as check in. The host did not message me back (two messages sent 12 hours apart) and so I had to call the number on our way to the house and speak to someone who gave me the code to get in. 'We loved being a couple blocks from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch at the unit inside and up on the outside deck and dinners out in the nearby restaurants. The access to transit was great. Our property managers were friendly, helpful with recommendations and prompt at responding. We had a wonderful experience.'

'The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Dave and Patty were gracious hosts and very accommodating. The setting is very quiet, and it feels like you're up and out of the bustle of the City even though you're at most 15 minutes away from the most popular parts of Santa Barbara. 'There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right. But it was still very disappointing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The inside and outside of the hotel is very beautiful....
