Vind je ideale hotel in Whiddy Island

'Hotel ligt stuk buiten de stad. Het hotel is verouderd, maar heeft leuke sfeer. Ontbijt is uitgebreid.'

'Definitely a good hotel, but for the price (€330 a night) I would expect more, such as coffee&tea making facilities, minibar, aircon, swimming pool/spa. Breakfast not in line with the hotel’s rating.'

'The room doesn't look like the pictures from expedia or the website of the climbers inn. It is less than basic. Small rooms, a lot of dust. Things were growing form the airco in the shower. The coffee and continetal breakfast were very simple. Only the dinner was good enough!'

'Tijdens onze Wild Atlantic Way tocht hebben mijn vrouw en ik in dit hotel in een mooie schone en ruime kamer overnacht. Ons diner hebben wij genoten in de hotelbar waar een uitstekende maaltijd ons werd geserveerd. '

'Very friendly hostess, clean and spacious room (but old). Close to the Ring of Beara and to the Ring of Kerry. Loved the homemade chocolats of Bonane and the friendliness of Kenmare.'

'Hotel was Okay. But when we wanted tot eat in the Restaurant below we walked away. Their was sufficient place in the restaurant but seats were reserved. Can happen - no problem. So we were asked to sit and wait. Another couple was waiting and they just got something to drink. The staff was very busy so after 10 min we asked if we also could get a drink. But we were reuqested to go to the next door bar. Yeah sure... no way - what an awfull place. Never coming back again!'

'Het betreft een oude villa, welke is omgebouwd tot een kleinschalig hotel. De vroegere bewoonster fungeet als hoofd van de "huishoudelijke dienst". De dienstmeisjes gedrage zich zoals dat vroeger in deze privékringen ook gebeurde.mde hotelgasten ziijn vooral oudere koppels. De sfeer is chique-oubollig en niet geschikt voor jonge mensen. Sommige personeelsleden doen buitengewoon bazig tegenover de oudere gasten (zoals je dat ook in verzorgingstehuizen ziet gebeuren). De uitgeoefende druk om in...

'De kamers zijn boven een kroeg, de kamers zijn een beetje gehorig wat niet echt prettig is. De plek is fantastisch midden in het centrum.'

'Wonderful stay! Trish and Chris couldn’t have been nicer, and the house is quite lovely. I couldn’t believe that it wasn’t built this year, as everything looks and feels like new. I chose to walk into town for dinner; it was a lovely and quiet stroll of less than 15 minutes each way. And staying in Sneem gave me an early start on the Ring, so I could get a jump on much of the traffic coming from Killarney (which I had done the afternoon before). I was lucky to have found these accommodations! '
