'BEAUTIFUL!!! We decided on a last minute trip to the Big Island. We didnt really want to stay at a resort. So glad we came across Gingerhilll Farm Retreat. We stayed in Monkey Tree tent. The bed was so comfortable. Probably the best bed ive ever slept in besides our home one. We live on a farm so this place was a littler more noisy for us. Lots of frogs going off and a very abnoxious rooster that i feel needs to go in a stew pot.or be moved away from all the cabins. He starts crowing around...

'We stayed in the Dolphin room; a convenient and clean room with outdoor shower. When showering in the evening you can see a sky with stars. Dragonfly ranch is an unique place with a nice, even spiritual, vibe. The staff is very welcoming. For the light sleepers; the frogs are really loud. One of us used earplugs which were provided. Breakfast was tasty. Overall we would recommend this lovely place.'

'Incredible value for the area. Appears to be newly remodeled. Basic lodging but very clean and nice. Easy to find and close to National Park. Only thing I could recommend for improvement would be a little better mattress. Overall, exceeded expectations! Thanks! '
