'The location is very convenience. Its easy to go out for eat. Room is big and nice. Variety of breakfast is also more than enough. The personels is also friendly and helpfull. Have nothing to complaint about this hotel. Just onething that I have surprise. And thats about the check in. They say check in is 3 p.m. I came round after 3. 'We kregen een upgrade van kamer, aangezien er geen niet-rokers deluxe kamer beschikbaar was, die wij hadden geboekt. De executive kamer was prima. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Fijn zwembad en de gym was ok. Ideaal was de shoppingmall "Kota Casablanca" op 4 minuten loopafstand. Wij hadden een fijn verblijf.'

'Ondanks dat het Jakarta is, bevindt dit hotel zich in een rustige omgeving. Dichtbij Cilandak Mall en dichtbij de ringweg. Hotel is weinig op aan te merken. Schoon en een normaal personeel. Het ontbijt is niet echt overdreven goed. Dat heb ik weleens beter gezien. Vrij beperkte keuze.'
