'The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

'Everything about the property and it's staff is excellent. The one thing for which the property has no control is the walkability around the area to go to places 15 or twenty minutes walk. It's an issue that there are either no side walks or they have been taken over by the storekeepers. To be honest, many neighborhoods around hotel properties in USA are also not walkable. Not that the stores have overtaken the space, rather these areas are only car friendly. Side walks do not exist. This...

'Very nice and clean property with top notch service staffs. Great amenities and location to Lotte Mall. However breakfast spread is not much choices compare to other hotels. But the food quality is good which covers the shortfall of choices. Another negative comments is the staffs doesn't know how to operate the washer in the room, perhaps need more training to the housekeeping team I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. and peers.'

'Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again'

'Great place for large families with or without kids. The staff is friendly and prompt. My family & I were very happy with the apartment - size, amenities, proximity to restaurants, yummy & diverse Indonesian cuisine (street food) & nightlife. 'This place is a joke! It looked good on the pictures and it was cheap. But I made a mistake. Let me tell u why. I booked for 3 nights. There was no checkin counter. It’s a building consists of multiple units inside. I think there must be say four units on one level-I’m not sure but I was waiting for a long time, by the street. "We kregen een upgrade van kamer, aangezien er geen niet-rokers deluxe kamer beschikbaar was, die wij hadden geboekt. De executive kamer was prima. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Fijn zwembad en de gym was ok. Ideaal was de shoppingmall "Kota Casablanca" op 4 minuten loopafstand. Wij hadden een fijn verblijf."
