'Great hotel'

'Goede accommodatie. Mooi stijlvol hotel. Service in de kamer liet wat te wensen over. 1 badjas en 1 koffiebeker voor een 2 persoonskamer. Ook het schoonmaken werd niet gedaan. Tevens is het parkeren erg onduidelijk. Zouden ze bij inchecken aan moeten geven. '

'I liked the location and the easy and convenient parking. The staff was very friendly and polite. The surrounding area of the property could use some cleaning. The sky walk had garbage in the same spot when we arrived and left the next day. But I also blame that on people that can not clean up after themselves.'

'This is our 3rd time staying here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Our room as always is clean and comfortable. We always have a great stay when we come to Milwaukee.'

'It is a beautiful hotel with great people. It was freezing everywhere except in my room. The cafe closes too early and there is no coffee or tea station to help with warming up. There is also no cocktail table in all the rooms, which would assist with staying warm and not having to leave the warmth to play cards or mingle with friends.'

'The rooms were very clean, however we went to sit in the main lobby to have a cocktail. The tables were unclean and the couches and chairs were stained and dirty, so much so we didn't want to sit on them. I would give them a pass this time as they are going through a major renovation. I would stay here again in the warmer months and see what changes. '

'The lobby is beautiful, and there is a fun sports bar and a nice restaurant in the building. The staff are nice. We went for one of the cheaper options of rooms. Our room was basic, clean and quite dated. It’s works well if you just need somewhere to sleep and have activities during the day, but it’s not a room we wanted to spend too much time in. We also found that there was a lot of noise disturbance, as we could hear people across the hall. Needs a refresh to match the beautiful lobby! '
