'Arrived on a bitter cold day in January with my and another family. Although I booked through Hotels.com and wasn't able to make our rooms adjoining (and didn't realize that I had picked the wrong rooms to do this), the front desk fixed this quickly for a $10 per room upcharge...and handled it in friendly fashion. This place is clean and well maintained...breakfast was good enough for everyone to find something they liked. Overall a very good experience for all.'
