'Very peaceful property in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Had a nice lake view from both levels of the house. House had lots of room - bedrooms were big! Nice open concept from kitchen, dining and living room. 3 big tvs but we never turned them on. Would like to come back someday. We visited Shipshewana and drive was about 18 minutes away, so not bad at all.'

'We stayed in early April and were greeted with an array of wildlife the Duck's and Geese were all over the lake as well as two beautiful swan's, we also saw a heron and a beaver near the dock. It was a great getaway and we look forward to staying again!'

'Robin and Charley were wonderful to work with and we were able to easily access the property. It is a cozy little lake cabin that feels like family. There is so much more room than it looks like in the pictures!! And the treats that were left for us was even more of a bonus! We slept like babies and awake to a cool crisp morning with coffee on the deck. It was a terrific time and we may have to plan another girls weekend here!'

'Perfect getaway for my book club anniversary weekend. Everything was pretty much as stated. Only thing was one of the bedrooms wasn't really a bedroom. There were plenty of beds so we made due. We would consider staying again. in warmer months. '

'We had a great stay for my 12-year-old's birthday weekend. He loved the pool table, air hockey, dart board, and arcade games. The house was comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. We were there in the dead of winter and the lake was frozen over, so we didn’t spend anytime outside, but I'm sure it is lovely in the summer. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We would stay there again.'

' Property is a nice, comfortable home. However, it advertises it sleeps 8 with a pull out couch. The couch is old and worn and had no sheets to make it into a bed. Cleanliness could be improved. When you show up, be sure you have every item you need such as sugar, coffee, paper products and water. You cannot use the tap water in the appliances. Bring a bag of ice as there is no ice maker. 'Not enough parking. Had two trucks. Snow was not removed at the front door and side walk. '

'Very clean and everything was new. The home was well stocked and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.'

'We had a group of 12 stay for a long ice fishing and had a great time. We stay somewhere different in Michigan every year. The pool table was a hit when we would come in off the ice. Nice big house with plenty of sleeping room for everybody. We all enjoyed our stay and would not mind going back again sometime, whether it’s summer or winter. '

'Great place in an area with several good golfing options. The house has all the amenities that you would want for a several night stay; a lot of space, big back yard, fire pit. Grills to cook, full kitchen and several close restaurants nearby.'
